Barbara Lambec - Committee member

Barbara Lambec is a PhD, HMONP architect, heritage expert, researcher and teacher at EPFL, as well as visiting researcher at the Circular Construction Lab (CCL) at Cornell, New York. From an early age, she was fascinated by the ingenuity of everyday life, born of limited resources. This sensitivity led her to work on existing buildings in Paris, where she carried out over a hundred renovation and structural reinforcement projects, mainly for condominiums. Her doctoral thesis, conducted at the Structural Xploration Lab, focused on assessing the reuse potential of building components.
