Elias Knecht - Committee member

Elias Knecht is a graduate architect from ETH Zurich (Dipl. Arch. ETHZ) and works with ROTO-Reuse. He is also co-founder of nomol AG. In the course of his career, he gained practical experience with a number of companies, including Dürig AG, Emch AG, Oekofacta GmbH and baubüro in situ ag. He also learned traditional yurt building techniques with Yourtspace in Kyrgyzstan.

A former research and teaching assistant at ETH Zurich, Elias spent two years teaching circular construction methods at both the Circular Engineering for Architecture (CEA) chair headed by Professor Catherine De Wolf and the Architectural Behaviorology (CAB) chair headed by Professor Momoyo Kaijima.
