Leidy Guante Henriquez - Committee member

Leidy Guante Henriquez is a research assistant at SUPSI (Scuola universitaria professionale della Svizzera italiana), in the ISAAC Institute (Istituto Sostenibilità Applicata all'Ambiente Costruito). Since February 2022, she has been a doctoral student in the ABC Department at Politecnico di Milano. In 2020, she obtained a Master's degree in "Building and Architectural Engineering" at Politecnico di Milano.

During her university career, Leidy Guante Henriquez acquired the skills needed to work in the construction sector, with a particular focus on the integrated design of systems with high energy efficiency and low environmental impact.

After completing her studies, she took an in-depth look at BIM procedures applied to the design and construction of large-scale buildings, thanks to an internship as a BIM assistant in the technical office of a construction company.

She is currently working on topics related to the circular economy in the construction sector, building sustainability, and digitization as a design and monitoring tool.
