As planning specialists, Zirkular supports institutional and private clients in their circular construction processes. We aim to convey the courage and desire to explore the diversity of circular construction principles: building on what already exists, designing with what's already there, and adding what's new by thinking today about the future reuse of elements.

Zirkular grew out of the in situ office and was founded in autumn 2020. Together, we can draw on 25 years of commitment to sustainable construction.
Building sustainably requires new approaches. We inspire with ideas of circular construction and show how it works: preserving existing buildings, reusing them, adding to them in a targeted way and thus keeping resources in use for as long as possible. In so doing, we are keeping alive a tradition of forward-looking building culture.
