The project is distinguished by a number of ecological and social ambitions, including the use of straw bales for all facade walls and the installation of a wastewater treatment plant to treat all wastewater from the 150 homes (a first in Switzerland on this scale). All the facades of the 10 buildings were designed using the straw bale module. The project is currently underway.
