The four artists' studios, built by the in situ construction office, are an example of a coherent approach to reuse in temporary construction. The studio modules were built entirely from reused materials, including reclaimed windows, façade elements, insulation materials and elements of the load-bearing structure. The aim of the project is to make the principles of circular construction applicable and visible on a small scale.

The workshops were designed as modular wood-frame structures, and built in such a way that all used components could be deconstructed by sorting and remain suitable for future use. The design meets the functional requirements of simple, flexible workspaces - with the lowest possible environmental impact and high resource efficiency.

The project demonstrates how an accurate inventory of materials, digital planning processes and close collaboration with deconstruction companies can achieve a high reuse rate. Artists' studios are not only usable spaces, but also a testing ground and demonstrator for the development of circular construction practices.
